From a two-person consulting practice to Vancouver's most recognized AI agency.
Founded in Vancouver
Gavi Boparai and Aman Dhindsa founded Pacific AI Systems after seeing businesses struggle to adopt AI without the right technical partner. First client: a Vancouver fintech startup.
First Enterprise Contract
Landed our first enterprise engagement with a publicly traded mining company. Deployed a predictive maintenance system across 6 remote sites — 58% reduction in unplanned downtime.
Team of 12. 30+ Clients.
Expanded to a team of 12 across AI engineering, data science, and consulting. Crossed 30 active clients. Launched our AI chatbot product line as LLMs became production-ready.
SOC 2 Certified. Healthcare Practice Launched.
Achieved SOC 2 Type II certification, unlocking healthcare and financial services clients. Launched a dedicated healthcare AI practice focused on PHIPA-compliant deployments.
